Commitment on Confidence in Statistics The Commitment on Confidence in Statistics (CoC) under EU Regulation No. 223/2009 is confirmed by Poland in the Act on Official Statistics. The Act ensures compliance with the principles of the European Statistics Code of Practice, and thus the high quality and independence of Polish statistics, creating a solid basis for public trust in statistical data at both national and European level.
